Pro-Active Monitoring

Having worked in busy IT departments, we understand that you can’t simply wait for problems to develop and manifest themselves. You have to proactively make an effort to flush the problems out, and once found, solve them!
Many problems can be prevented by a Daily, Weekly or Monthly preventative maintenance schedule. Take for example a hard drive that has filled up overnight. It could take an engineer 10 minutes to prevent this from happening or it could take an engineer a few hours of downtime to fix the problem.
Again, like all our solutions, we will sit down with you and assess what IT infrastructure you have and recommend the best plan of action. The early bird catches the worm (or Virus).
