O2 Wholesale Withdrawal From Broadband Market

Following the announcement by O2 Wholesale of its withdrawal from the broadband market and our partner update of 31 October, we are now able to provide details of our support to partners with their LLU customers.

Existing Entanet O2 customers in contract

Macintosh Electronics Ltd will honour the remainder of each customer’s existing minimum contract term at its current price beyond the O2 Wholesale switch-off date of 27th February 2014. Mac56.com will migrate customers onto its BT-based network

Vodafone Leased Lines

Vodafone have advised that this issue relates to a line card failure. An engineer is currently on site replacing the card.

Update: Incident: nottingham.core

Following a period of monitoring, service has remained stable. Our colocation supplier has advised that they've suffered no large scale power issues at the Northampton site. As a result of this we've requested that they investigate the specific power infrastructure serving our equipment.

 

We will update again once we have the results of this investigation.

In the past few minutes we've detected a brief loss of connectivity to our nottingham.core router. Engineers are currently investigating.
