Maintenance Scheduled Help Desk

We wanted to let you know that we will be performing maintenance on our core systems that will affect our Helpdesk management system functions.

This maintenance is scheduled to begin at 6:00pm (GMT) on Tuesday, February 23th, with an expected maintenance window of three hours. Each server should only see a 3 hours of intermittent availability. Regardless, we recommend that customers and partners avoid logining to the help desk software during this time to avoid issues.
