Bank Holiday hours for the State Funeral of HM Queen Elizabeth II On Monday 19th September 2022, King Charles III declared a bank holiday for HM Queen Elizabeth II's funeral. As a mark of respect, our offices will be closed on Monday 19th September to observe the Funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and will reopen on Tuesday 20th September at 09:00 Our on-call support is available, and we continue to monitor our infrastructure 247 to ensure availability.
