Dear Users, Please see below for the latest information from Macintosh Electronics Ltd . IMPROVEMENT TO THE SFI PAYMENT PROCESS Previously when an SFI charge was raised by our technical support team the funds were taken immediately and the customer notified by email. However where an SFI charge was disputed the funds could not be refunded until the final decision of the dispute had been made. Therefore, with immediate effect, this process has been improved to avoid this situation. Using the new process the customer will be emailed and advised that an SFI charge is being raised and that if this is undisputed it will be invoiced 14 days from the date of the notification email. If the SFI charge is disputed the invoice will not be raised until a final decision on the SFI charge has been made. Read more » | |
